A Smithville Man is Accused of Possessing Heroin

Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]A Smithville man is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, possessing a hypodermic instrument and criminally using drug paraphernalia after Chenango County Sheriff’s officials responded to a report of a domestic dispute.

Officials say they found 31 year old Gregory Collins in possession of several bags of heroin, Oxycodone pills and drug paraphernalia.

Collins was ordered to appear in Town of Smithville Court at a later date.
