Ski Season Opens at Greenwood Park

The Broome County Parks and Recreation Department says, just as the Twin Tiers picked up several inches of new snow, cross-country ski season is officially underway.

Officials say Greenwood Park in the Town of Nanticoke, 12 miles north of the City of Binghamton, is open daily until 4 p.m. for cross-country skiing.

Equipment rentals are available at $5.00 per hour. The trail use fee for skiers with their own equipment is $5.00 per day.  Season passes are also available.
