Six Charged After Vestal Meth Lab Investigation
A half-dozen people were arrested following an investigation into drug activity in the town of Vestal.
Authorities say a search warrant was executed at a mobile home park at 2231 Vestal Parkway West Friday afternoon.
Vestal police say three adults and a young child were in the residence.
Investigators say they found an active meth lab in the mobile home.
Police say 47-year-old Robert Ricci, 27-year-old Candi Sherwood and 26-year-old Sarah Beaubien were charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Ricci was charged with unlawful manufacturing methamphetamine, along with sale and possession of a controlled substance.
Ricci, Sherwood and Beaubien also were charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument.
Three other people were charged with possession of a controlled substance as a result of the investigation. They are 52-year-old Nanette Tomchick of Vestal; 46-year-old Patricia Mallon of Johnson City; and 28-year-old Kyle Larnerd of Rome, Pennsylvania.
