Sidney Man Charged With Sexual Conduct Against a Child

A Chenango County man is accused of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13.
New York State Police say 53 year old William Quigley of Sidney is charged with one felony county of course of sexual conduct against a child and five felony counts of criminal sexual act.

Quigley was sent to the Chenango County Jail on $50,000 bail.
