Shots Fired in Binghamton

Binghamton Police responded to a report of shots fired in the area of 164 Chapin Street on Binghamton's Westside.  The call came in at around 2:00 p.m. November 10.There have been no injuries reported.

Reports from the scene indicate police have one male in custody.  Police blocked off a portion of Chapin and North Streets as they conducted the investigation.  At mid-afternoon police had not released any details concerning the incident.
