Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]Four Binghamton residents are charged with felony reckless endangerment and criminal mischief after New York State Police investigated a report of a shot fired through a kitchen window at a home on State Route 79 in Chenango Forks.

31 year old Joseph Spencer, 23 year old Chelsie Boyce, 39 year old Joseph Wolcott Junior and 29 year old Brian Stevens were all sent to the Broome County Jail.  Wolcott is also charged with felony criminal contempt.

Troopers say two adults and three children where in the home when the bullet came through the window at around 11:15 p.m. December 14.

Officials say their investigation is continuing and additional charges are pending.
