Seven Face Drug Charges in Cortland County

Seven people are facing drug possession and other charges after the Cortland County Drug Task Force, the Tactical Response Unit and Cortland city police searched a home on Denti Way in the City of Cortland at 4:20 p.m. October 27.

Authorities say they found several baggies of pre-packaged cocaine with a street value of between $4,500 and $5,000 as well as $1,500, drug paraphernalia, a.22 caliber rifle and a small amount of marijuana.

48 year old Nancy Hoy, 21 year old Mickayla Odonnell, 44 year old Nikki Perkins, 48 year old Brian Carroll and 22 year old Andrew Phillips, all of Cortland and 32 year old Aisha Morales of the Bronx are all charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor criminally using drug paraphernalia.  Morales and Phillips are also charged with the violation of criminal possession of marijuana.

All were sent to the Cortland County Jail.
