The man whom authorities accuse of having a homemade bomb and other weapons in Sayre last month has been arraignmed on felony counts of making terroristic threats and unlawful possession of weapons of mass destruction as well as misdemeanor possession of a prohibited weapon and drug paraphernalia.

33 year old Justin Holloway had police surrounding a home on West Packer Avenue for hours July 31 before they eventually found him at a nearby firehouse.

Police had received a report of an armed, possibly suicidal man at the house.

After Holloway was taken into custody on a mental health warrant, authorities say they found an explosive device and a sawed-off shotgun.

Holloway has been jailed on $50,000 bail and is due back in Bradford County Court August 25.
