The Annual Sacred Heart Ukranian Festival was held over the weekend at the church picnic grounds at 607 Brooks Road in Castle Creek.  The Festival was held on both Saturday and Sunday.

The two-day event featured delicious ethnic foods including Pyrohy, Holubsti and Kobasa.  The Nezebudky Ukranian Dancers  entertained on both afternoons.  On Sunday Rooster and the Road House Horns with Freddie Mandoza performed.

The Parish is located at 230 Ukranian Hill Road in Johnson City.  Reverend Teodor Czabala is the presiding pastor.

Food was available to eat there or take home.  The Ukranian Dinner was quite popular featuring a variety of ethnic favorites.
