Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say they got 100 grams of powder and crack cocaine out of the drug stream in the county and seized fireworks and over $1,100.

Sheriff’s Investigators and K9 Ozzie assisted the Probation Officers in searching a probationer’s vehicles and home on July 24 and found the drugs.  The search was in accordance to the conditions of the man’s probation.

30 year old David Dykstra and 33 year old Lisa Skala, both of Roxbury, are charged with two felony counts each of criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawfully dealing with fireworks.

Skala is additionally charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Dykstra was on probation after a 2016 conviction in Hunterdon County, New Jersey for conspiracy to possess a controlled substance.

In addition to the seized cash, Investigators estimated the street value of the crack and powder cocaine found in the search at about $10,000.
