Richmondville Man Accused of Criminal Sex Act in Two Counties

A central New York man is accused of subjecting a 12 year old child to sexual contact. New York State Police say 50 year old Robert Schriener of Richmondville is charged with felony criminal sexual act.

Schriener is accused in connection with incidents in the Town of Maryland in Otsego County and the Town of Richmondville in Schoharie County.

The investigation is continuing and the state police say anyone with information is asked to contact the Oneonta barracks at (607) 432-3211.

Schriener was sent to the Schoharie County jail on $15,000 bail.
