Richard David has appeared to have won the Republican nomination for the Mayor of Binghamton.

David received 61% of the vote, with Douglas Walter Drazen and Edward Hickey receiving 29% and 11% respectively.

David will now face the Democratic nominee Teri Rennia in the General Election on Tuesday, November 5th.  The winner will replace outgoing mayor Matt Ryan, who cannot run due to term limits.
