Make sure you leave your knives, whiskey, luggage and selfie sticks at home if you plan to go to WWE Live: Road to Wrestlemania on March 20.

Broome County Executive Director Debra Preston, Director of the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena Anthony Capozzi and Broome Security Director James Dadamio called a news conference to announce restrictions for the show.

Attendees will be screened through a metal detector and, due to some added restrictions from the WWE, are being asked to come a little early.  The show starts at 7 and doors open at 5:30 p.m.

Parking is available at $4 per car under Governmental Plaza.

The WWE is banning:

  • bags and briefcases
  • backpacks
  • women’s purses, but small clutch bags are allowed
  • video cameras and recording devices
  • laser pointers or noise makers
  • weapons of any kind
  • alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs or paraphernalia
  • selfie sticks
  • lap top computers or tablets
  • coolers
  • luggage of any kind
  • camera bags
  • any non-WWE brand masks
