It might be easy to pass by Thai Time on Front Street, just south of Main Street, but apparently not too many people do. During our stop at the unassuming-looking restaurant on the banks of the Chenango River as part of Binghamton Restaurant Week, a steady flow of diners filed in, ranging from the young and hip to the more mature and settled.

Thai Time generously includes a huge offering of menu items on the three course Restaurant Week special.

One of the coolest starters has to be the seafood salad martini, served in an actual martini glass and dressed with a medium spicy sauce.

For a main course, try the Pho (pronounced "Fuh"), an Asian noodle soup of your choice of meat, seafood or even tofu and the diner dresses the dish up at desired with bean sprouts, jalapeno peppers, hot sauces or hoisin sauce.

Serving sizes are very generous.  Seriously, the Pho came in a mixing bowl!
