Binghamton Restaurant Week continues through April 10, offering diners the opportunity to enjoy select three course meals at Binghamton restaurants at a reduce price while benefitting the VINES program and the Binghamton Boys and Girls Club.

Remlik's Grille and Oyster Bar is among establishments participating.

Located in the former Kilmer Building near the Binghamton Viaduct, Remlik's is not only a feast for palate, but also a feast for the eyes with soaring ornate columns and tasteful décor.

Some of the select menu items include the artichoke bruschetta appetizer, sesame encrusted ahi tuna with jasmine rice and ginger hosin, Papparadelle Bolognese with braised beef, short ribs, pork, Roma tomatoes and ricotta cheese over what was obviously, fresh-made fettuccini, capped of with the chef's selection of desserts like cream puffs with chocolate dipping sauce.

Our server, John was very well versed on not only the Restaurant Week specials but all menu items including the raw bar offerings and Sushi on Wednesdays.

John told us that one exciting part of Restaurant Week is that Remlik's gets to try the new items and sauces it is considering adding to the spring menu and get input from the diners. At the conclusion of the meal, we were given a comment card for that purpose.

Remlik's is a fine restaurant to recommend to family or friends visiting the Binghamton area.
