A downstate teen is facing felony charges for allegedly using a cloned credit card to buy items at the Oakdale Mall.

Johnson City Police say 19 year old Brian Palmer, Junior of Queens is charged with felony forgery, possession of a forged instrument and identity theft as well as misdemeanor criminal impersonation for allegedly giving police a false name when stopped and forging the card owner’s signature.

He was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
