Broome County is selling off more foreclosed properties.

The County is holding a property auction November 5 at the Holiday Inn on Hawley Street in Downtown Binghamton starting at 10 a.m.

Bidders should sign in between 8:30 and 10.

60 properties are for sale, including single family homes, multi-family homes and vacant lots.

The properties are sold as-is and bidders are warned to be aware if they buy a lot that has health and code issues, like lead paint, they will be responsible for fixing the problems.

Maps of the parcels can be seen at the office of the Broome County Real Property Tax Department on the second floor of the county office building.
