According to consumers contacted by Price Chopper Supermarkets, the company is calling back its store brand barbeque pulled pork that is sold in the deli section.  Company officials say the cold meat could contain unlisted allergens like milk, wheat and soy.

The product had a sell by date of up to and including October 2nd.

Customers who bought the meat and used their Price Chopper loyalty card were notified through a program that identifies those customers and calls them.

The product should be returned to the local Price Copper for a refund.

Customers can call the company for information at 1-800-666-7667.
