Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a crash July 6 at 1:55 p.m. that left a woman with suspected serious injuries.

Troopers say a 16 year old driver from Ulster was traveling north on Noble Road in Ulster Township when he lost control, hit a culvert and a small wooden wishing well before the sport utility vehicle rolled over.

His front-seat passenger, 52 year old Lisa Tilley of Ulster sustained possible serious injuries while the driver and the 17 year old back-seat passenger sustained minor injuries.

Troopers say the driver and Tilley were both wearing seat belts while the 17 year old in the rear seat of the SUV was not restrained.

Authorities say they don’t know what caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle.
