Broome County Sheriff’s officials say a Port Crane man suffered a broken arm and other injuries when he crashed a motorcycle on Route 7B near Nowland Road in Port Crane August 30.

Deputies say they found 35 year old Rusty Baker had several alcoholic beverages prior to the 2:16 a.m. crash.  Authorities say they also found his driver license had already been revoked due to prior drunk driving convictions.

Baker is charged with felony driving while intoxicated with three or more prior DWI convictions in the last 15 years, felony aggravated unlicensed driving, operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device, violation unlicensed operation, operating out of class, speeding and moving from a lane unsafely.
