A Broome County man faces a felony DWI count and other charges after police received a report of an erratic driver in the town of Chenango.

Authorities say 43-year-old Bill Bowen of Port Crane was pulled over by a sheriff's deputy on Upper Front Street.

Police say Bowen's driving record indicated he had two DWI convictions in the past two years and he was on probation for driving while intoxicated. His driver license also had been revoked for DWI.

Investigators say Bowen refused to submit to a breath test at the sheriff's department in the town of Dickinson.

In addition to DWI, Bowen was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and driving without an interlock device. He also was cited for unsafely moving from a lane.

Bowen was arraigned in Fenton town court. He was sent to Broome County Jail without bail.
