Playing their second consecutive doubleheader in two days the Binghamton Rumble defeated the New Hampshire Fisher Cats twice to take three out of four games in the weekend series.  Binghamton won the first game 4-2 and came back to win the nightcap 5-1.

In the first game Nabil Crismatt upped his record to 7-2 with a complete game (seven innings) victory.  Gunnar Heidt ripped a two-run home run to account for the Fisher Cats runs.

In the second game infielder Jeff McNeil accounted for four runs with the Ponies' first grand slam home run of the season. Ryder Ryan went 1.2 innings to get the win in relief.

The doubleheader sweep ups Binghamton's record to 31-25 and earned them three wins in the four-game series.  The Rumble Ponies have no scheduled game on Monday.  They begin a week-long road trip Tuesday night when they travel to Harrisburg to face the Senators in a three-game series.  Scheduled start time is 6:30.  Pre-game coverage begins at 6:15 P.M. on News Radio 1290 WNBF.
