The Binghamton Rumble Ponies finish their five-game visit to Portland, Maine tonight when they meet the Sea Dogs at 6:00 P.M. (listen on News Radio 1290 WNBF).  Last night the Sea Dogs took a 5-3 decision which evened the series at 2-2.  In the overall series this season Binghamton holds an 8-6 advantage. Tim Tebow paced the Rumble Ponies with a three-hit game last night. Tebow is hitting .266 with five home runs and 32 runs batted in entering tonight's game.

The Ponies are 39-42 and in 4th place in the Eastern Division.  The Sea Dogs are just 31-50 and in 6th place in the division.  Binghamton's starter is highly-touted prospect Justin Dunn who is making his fifth Double-A start.  He is the New York Mets number one draft pick in the 2016 amateur draft. He is 1-2 with Binghamton and brings an ERA of 2.77 into tonight's contest.  Opposing him is Portland's Daniel McGrath who is 1-1 and carries an ERA of 3.21.

Following tonight's game the Rumble Ponies head back to NYSEG Stadium for  five straight games against Erie.  The first game in the series is at 6:35 P.M. (tomorrow) July 4th.
