The Binghamton Rumble Ponies were not able to muster much offense and fell to the New Hampshire Fisher Cats in Manchester today (Thursday) 5-2.  The game was delayed for 62 minutes due to rain and snow.

Starter John Romano gave up just one run on two hits in seven innings of work for the Fisher Cats.  He upped his record to 2-0.  Binghamton's Andrew Church departed after seven innings of work. He suffered his second loss of the season after giving up three runs and six hits.

The Fisher Cats won the series two games to one.  Binghamton's record stands at 4-7.  The Rumble Ponies went 1-4 on the road trip to Portland and New Hampshire.

Binghamton returns home for six consecutive games at NYSEG Stadium. The homestand begins Friday night at 7:05 P.M. against the Erie SeaWolves.  Following three games with them Binghamton hosts New Hampshire in another three - game series.  The scheduled starters are Nabil Crismatt for the Rumble Ponies and Spencer Turnbull for the SeaWolves.
