Authorities say 38-year-old George Clark Jr. was arrested following an investigation that was launched as a result of information developed by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.

State police say they seized 22 pounds of marijuana and more than two pounds of cocaine when they executed search warrants at 113 Fillmore Avenue and 702 Monroe Street.

Investigators say Clark has been charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He also was charged with criminal possession of marijuana and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

In addition to the marijuana and cocaine, police confiscated more than $5,000 in cash and a pickup truck.
