Police Say Men Caught Stealing Metal in Windsor

New York State Police say they arrested two men after a noise alerted troopers to someone inside an old box tractor trailer on Fox Farm Road in Windsor at 11:55 a.m. May 11.

32 year old Bo Angell of Harpursville and 37 year old Roy Bolster of Windsor are accused of stealing scrap metal from inside the trailer.

The men were charged with felony burglary and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
