Endicott Police say a Village woman was planning on selling heroin and methamphetamine to another person when her vehicle was stopped by police on Hill Avenue shortly at 6:32 p.m. August 2.

39 year old Dawn Cole is charged with two felony and one misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police say Cole possessed quantities of heroin and methamphetamine while a passenger, 25 year old Justin Phillips of Endicott, was found to have heroin in his possession.

Drug paraphernalia was also seized from the vehicle.

Phillips is charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Cole was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail while Phillips was ordered to appear in Village Court at a later date.
