According to the sheriff's office, 33-year-old Joseph Farrow of Owego was arrested May 12.

Investigators say heroin, marijuana and drug packaging materials were confiscated from his Fox Street residence.

Officials say Farrow now faces two felony counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance. He also was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally using drug paraphernalia and marijuana possession.

Farrow was arraigned in Owego village court. He was sent to Tioga County Jail without bail.

Authorities say Farrow earlier had been released from the jail on $50,000 bond to await trial on a previous charge of criminal sale of a controlled substance.
