Authorities in Broome County say they trying to locate a missing 37-year-old woman who is described as "endangered."

According to the sheriff's office, Brenda Halpin was reported missing from Poplar Hill Road in Chenango Bridge.

Investigators say Halpin is white and weighs about 90 pounds. She was last seen wearing pajamas. She also may have been wearing a black coat and sneakers.

Detectives say Halpin has been diagnosed with Huntington's disease, which can affect physical abilities. They say she may have difficulty walking normally and may appear to be under the influence of alcohol.

Police say Halpin does not drive and does not have a cellphone.
