A 42-year-old resident of Kirkwood faces a felony charge for allegedly possessing things that were reported taken in a burglary.

Authorities say Kevin Williamson was arrested Tuesday after an investigation into the theft of items from Five Star Store It on Route 11 in Kirkwood.

According to New York State Police, troopers were advised of the burglary at the storage facility on January 11.

Investigators say they determined that Williamson at one point had possessed and sold an ATV and tools to someone in the city of Binghamton. Police say Williamson knew the items were stolen.

Williamson was arraigned in Kirkwood town court and sent to Broome County Jail. His next court date in Binghamton is pending.
