A burglary in Susquehanna County reminds residents to lock their doors, even in rural locations. Pennsylvania police are investigating a burglary that happened between March 30 and the 31st, at a home on state Route 92, in Oakland Township, in Susquehanna County. Authorities say the suspect broke in through an unlocked door of an 82 year-old man's home. The suspect took a cell phone, a hundred dollar bill, and a rifle; he later dropped the cell phone along Route 92. Anyone with information is asked to call the Pennsylvania state police in Gibson.
