A Broome County man has been accused of threatening to kill another man during a fight.

Authorities say 21-year-old Michael Sincerbeaux Jr. of Lisle was charged with second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor.

According to state police, Sincerbeaux was arrested around 4 a.m. Sunday.

Troopers had received a report of a physical dispute at a home on Jennings Creek Road in the Town of Lisle.

Investigators determined that that during the incident, Sincerbeaux threatened to kill the other participant while holding a large knife.

Sincerbeaux was issued an appearance ticket. He was directed to appear in Lisle town court on February 20.
