Police: Endicott Man’s BAC Was Three Times Limit

State police say a driver stopped for speeding on Route 17 in Tioga County had a blood alcohol content that was measured at more than three times the legal limit.

Authorities say 36-year-old Brian Vieira of Endicott was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Troopers say Viera was arrested Thursday after his vehicle was pulled over in the Town of Owego.

Police say Viera's reportable blood alcohol content result was 0.27 percent.

Viera was ordered to appear in Owego town court on April 15.
