Authorities say 37-year-old Jeremy Lester was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the Town of Unadilla.

According to state police, Lester was pulled over by a trooper after he was observed unsafely moving from a lane on Route 7.

Police say Lester was driving a vehicle without a court-ordered interlock device stemming from a previous conviction.

Lester was charged with operating a vehicle while his abilities were impaired by drugs, a felony. Investigators say he has a prior conviction on a similar charge within the last ten years. He also was issued several other traffic tickets.

Lester was arraigned in Unadilla town court and sent to Otsego County Jail on $2,500 bail.
