Police: Driver in Endwell Crash Was Impaired

A Johnson City woman has been accused of driving while her ability was impaired by drugs after a one-vehicle crash in Endwell.

Authorities say 18-year-old Tiffany Stark was arrested Sunday following the crash on Watson Boulevard.

According to state police, an investigation determined Stark was impaired. A blood test was performed at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton.

Investigators say Stark also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Stark was ordered to appear in Union town court next month.
