Police Chief’s Son Succumbs to Addiction
The family of Binghamton’s Police Chief is mourning the loss of their son, who had been battling addiction.
The obituary placed by the family says 25 year old Joseph Zikuski III passed away June 28 surrounded by family and friends when he succumbed to his addiction.
Through several outlets, the family has requested the public respect their privacy.
A review of past news reports shows the younger Zikuski had been in trouble with the law, including drug offenses.
