A major economic and education development project in Johnson City is taking another step forward.

Utilities are being installed soon at the future Binghamton University School of Pharmacy on Corliss Avenue, requiring the closure of a block of Corliss between Broad Street and Willow Street through March 9 for an exploratory dig.

Traffic will be allowed in and out of the Firehouse Theater.

Barricades are designating the area of the road closure.
