New York State's deer hunting season only has a few days left but Pennsylvania's  season is just getting underway.

The two-week season runs December 1-15 in the Keystone State with an estimated 750,000 thousand hunters expected to take to the woods on opening day.

Game Commission officials say they expect over 300,000 deer will be taken.

Hunters are restricted from transporting certain deer parts outside of parts of Adams, Blair, Bedford, Cambria, Cearfield, Huntingdon and York counties due to concerns over the spread of Chronic Wasting Disease.
