Pair Accused of Stealing & Using Credit Cards

An Owego man and Town of Chenango teen are accused of stealing a cell phone and credit cards from a vehicle on Chenango Street in the Town of Fenton on New Year’s Day.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 21 year old Ryan Bartram is charged with three counts each of felony forgery and identity theft and one count of felony grand larceny.  16 year old Mirso Fafulovic Junior is charged with felony grand larceny.

The pair is accused of making several purchases using the stolen credit cards at businesses in Chenango Bridge and Johnson City.

Bartram is currently jailed on a separate charge.

Both have been ordered to appear in court at a later date to answer to the charges regarding the credit card theft.
