Broome Seeks Comment On Secondhand Dealer Law

Broome County lawmakers are accepting public comment on a proposal to regulate so-called "secondhand dealers."

A Binghamton man is being held on two felony counts after members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force say they found him selling illegal drugs.

27 year old Mohadib Walton is accused of selling ten bags of selling ten bags of heroin and a small amount of crack cocaine to a person on Charlotte Street in the City of Binghamton
