Twin Tiers Warned: Frostbite Possible in Less Than 15 Minutes

Dangerous wind chills are being predicted for February 12-13.

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Warning from 7 p.m. February 12 to 4 p.m. February 13.

Officials say the low temperatures will be below zero and highs in the single digits, combined by winds gusting up to 25 miles an hour

Stroke and Cardiovascular Awareness Day Friday at Lourdes

The American Heart Association has designated February as Heart Month and visitors at Lourdes Hospital this Saturdayy will be able to find out more about stroke and cardiovascular disease.  Lourdes will be hosting a free event from 9 AM - 1 PM in the maine lobby of Lourdes Hospital, 169 Riverside Drive in Binghamton.

Albany Topples Bearcats at SEFCU Arena

The Albany Great Danes upped their America East record to 11-1  with a 75-53 victory over the Binghamton Bearcats in women's basketball at the SEFCU Arena in Albany.  The win keeps the Great Danes in first place. They are battling Maine for first place in the conference. The Black Bears are 9-1.   Binghamton falls to 2-10.
