Oxford Man Allegedly Caught in Sex Abuse Act With Teen

Chenango County Sheriff's Deputies say they caught an Oxford man in the act of having sex with a teenaged boy.24 year old Arik Nisbet is charged with two counts of felony criminal sexual act and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

Deputies say when they investigated a suspicious car parked along a road in the Town of Greene February 8th, they reportedly found Nisbet having sexual contact with the 15 year old.

Nisbet was sent to the Chenango County Jail on $5,000 bail.
