Oxford Man Accused of Sexually Harassing Coworker

53 Year old Michael Franklin of Oxford was arrested by Broome County sheriff's officials after authorities received a complaint from one of Franklin's coworkers at a Town of Chenango business.

According to the allegations, Franklin began making sexual advances toward the victim last July and repleatedly asked that person to expose their private area.  Franklin is further accused of exposing himself to the victim while at work and grabbing them.

Franklin is charged with two misdmeanor counts of public lewdness and one misdemeanor count of forcible touching. He was released on an appearance ticket and ordered to be in Chenango court and a later date.
