Owego Woman Charged With Felony DWI

A Tioga County woman has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child after she allegedly drove while intoxicated.

Authorities say 49-year-old Jane Weber of Cafferty Hill Road, Owego, was arrested Thursday evening on McFall Road in the town of Owego.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Weber was charged with felony DWI and felony aggravated unlicensed operation. She also faces a count of driving with .08 percent or more blood alcohol content.

Weber was arraigned before an Owego town justice. She was ordered to appear in court November 26.
