Owego Woman Accused of Stealing Relative’s Debit Card

An Owego woman is charged with identity theft and grand larceny.

Endicott Police say 35 year old Sarah Spear is accused of using a relative’s debit card to make unlawful withdrawals totaling over $3,000.

Authorities say Spear was released after her arraignment and ordered to appear in court at a later date.
