Owego Woman Accused of Driving with .08 BAC
New York State Police are accusing an Owego woman of driving with a blood alcohol level at almost four times the legal limit.
Troopers responded to a report of a dispute at a home on Pine Hill Road in the Town of Owego at around 7:28 p.m. November 8 and say they determined 45 year old Kimberly Osmond drove home drunk and got into a physical dispute with her husband.
Authorities say they measured the woman’s blood alcohol level at .30%.
Osmond is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and harassment.
