Authorities say 30-year-old Joshua Brown of Owego was driving on William Street when he was pulled over by a sheriff's deputy.

Officials say while speaking with Brown, deputies spotted drug-related items in plain view.

They say Brown was found to be in possession of several hypodermic needles and marijuana smoking paraphernalia.

Brown was arraigned in Owego village court and sent to Tioga County Jail on $5,000 bail.
