Owego Apartment House Damaged by Fire

No injuries are reported after fire damaged a four-unit apartment house in Owego March 3.

Authorities say the fire on main Street was reported shortly after midnight.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation.

Owego, Campville and Tioga Center fire departments responded to the scene.
