Over 100 Packets of Heroin Seized in Binghamton
A raid of a Chapel Place, Binghamton home September 29 has turned up a large amount of drugs, including 124 packets of heroin.
Members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force say, in addition to the heroin packets, they seized a small bag of heroin, a packet of crack cocaine, a packet of the methamphetamine known as ‘molly’, marijuana, a cobra .380 handgun and .38 caliber bullets.
28 year old Shavonda McQueen of Binghamton is charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony criminal possession of a weapon, two misdemeanor drug possession counts, two counts of criminal using drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana.
37 year old Andre Gilliam of Brooklyn is charged with felony and misdemeanor drug possession counts.
Both were sent to the Broome County Jail.
