Authorities are looking for information concerning a fatal crash in Cortland County October 31.

New York State Police say a Ford dump truck owned by the Town of Sempronious in Cayuga County was traveling west on State Route 90 in Homer when it crossed into the oncoming lane and collided with a pickup truck.

Troopers say the 27 year old Tyler Bloodgood of Moravia, who was driving the dump truck suffered minor injuries but the driver of the pickup, 50 year old Raymond Wansley of Stamford was pronounced dead at the scene.

Wansley’s passenger, 50 year old Herbert Roe of East Meredith was transported to Cortland Regional Medical Center where he was treated for minor injuries and released.
